Roofing, ceiling and water proofing

Installation of roof structures & ceilings and roof water proofing

We specialise in the fitting and installation of roof structures and ceilings, as well as providing solutions on their repairs and maintenance. We also provide water proofing services to prevent cracks on the walls and damages to the roof from occurring.

We provide roofing solution

After the superstructure and brickwork is completed, the next step is to work out the plan for the roofing which consists of trusses and tiles.

There are different types of trusses which come in different sizes and shapes such as beams, wall plates and purlins. Once fitted, the tiles are laid on top of these trusses.

The size of the roof is usually larger than that of the floor and is designed that way so that it can protect the entire structure against wind, rain and debris.

As part of our planning, we take measurements to determine the type, size and quantity of the trusses and tiles required for the roofing structure.

In collaboration with you, we advise on the suitable colour of the tiles that blends well with your house. When it comes to roofing, we are specialist in fitting:

  • Concrete roof tiles
  • IBR steel
  • Metal sheet
  • Slate roof covering
  • Corrugated iron
  • Water proofing and restoration
  • Roof repairs and maintenance

Water proofing

We provide water proofing solutions

Water proofing presents the first line of defence to protect your roof from leakages and the walls from developing cracks, thus reducing the lifespan of your property.

We offer water proofing solutions in the following areas:

  • Walls
  • Roofs
  • Balconies
  • Basements
  • Bathrooms and showers
  • Parapets, beams and wall tops
  • Rising damp in any part of the property

We generally recommend the use of roof paint and torch-on membrane for water proofing purposes.
